Each 14 oz. bottle is half Soylent, half coffee, and claims to have as much caffeine as a cup of coffee with 20% of your daily nutritional requirements. The shake is entirely vegan and contains ingredients including algal oil (which provides essential fatty acids), the amino acid L-theanine (which has been found to relax the mind in previous studies and is added to Coffiest, "to reduce the 'jitters' associated with caffeine consumption") and soy protein.
Founder Rob Rinehart says the drink should be chilled and has a, "rich coffee flavor with a touch of cocoa powder," according to NY Daily News, which also reports there is a 250 calorie bar in the works.
Coffiest has a subscription service that starts at $37.05 USD for a twelve-pack of the stuff. For each case sold, Soylent donates a meal to World Food Program, the world's largest humanitarian agency fighting hunger.
Though there is concern about the potentially gassy effects of the drink, fans on twitter can't wait to get their hands on a bottle of the brown stuff:

Like its older sibling Soylent, the name Coffiest also comes from the sci-fi realm, where in 1952'sThe Space Merchants, Coffiest is described as an irresistible habit that gets every customer, "hooked for life."
Now the only question is if you can sacrifice your frappuccino addiction for this morning cup of joe.
