Like Follow Follow Loving cat will not let go of its owner's arm

This cat has one thing on its mind. No, not fish snacks. No, not birds. Cuddles.

Sure, cats have a cold, aloof reputation. But not all cats are built alike. This cat wants to reach out and hold someone. He was just playing hard-to-pet all along.

To be fair, the cat does appear to be making a strange, unidentified sound, but that's all part of his charm. According to his owner, @kirika_mas_cos, the cat doesn't exhibit this kind of clingy behavior with anyone else.
